Find Your Fit
We believe in softness that includes everyone.
At ASCND Essentials, our pieces are made to flow with your body -- to comfort, not conform.
Whether you’re in a moment of rest, recovery, or just figuring it all out, your clothing should feel like a hug -- never a squeeze.
Use the chart below as a gentle guide to help you find your most comfortable fit. If you're in between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for extra softness and movement.

Sizing That Starts With You
We know that numbers don’t always tell the whole story. Here’s how to gently measure your fit:
Chest: Around the fullest part of your chest, tape flat but not tight.
Waist: At your natural waist — the softest part just above your belly button.
Hip: Around the fullest part of your hips, feet together.
Inseam: From the top of your inner thigh to the base of your ankle — like measuring where your journey meets the ground.
Your Comfort Is Our Priority
